Will my information be kept confidential?
Your information may be shared with education, health, and nutrition programs to help them evaluate, fund, or determine the benefits for their programs. Program auditors or law enforcement agencies that periodically monitor program data may also review your information.

What happens if I believe my family's eligibility has changed?
If your income decreases or the number of members in your household increases, you may submit another application at any time. You may learn more about your income eligibility using these guidelines provided by the USDA.

Why was my application denied?
There are several possible reasons why some applications may be denied:

u	Income is over the limit for eligibility requirements.
u	Your application may contain false or inaccurate statements.
u	Paperwork was incorrect or incomplete.

How can I find out why my application was denied?
You may contact your school district or Food Service Office for more information. If you disagree with the decision, you have the right to request a hearing. If your child was previously deemed eligible for free or reduced price meals, your child will continue to receive free or reduced price meals until the decision of the hearing official is made.
